Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. This contract is with local authorities within the Slough and surrounding area’s.

The Role

All Multi Trade works – Wet trades, Carpentry, Plumbing, Groundworks
Changing taps, basic plumbing
Changing door hands, basic carpentry
Painting & decorating
Patch plaster
Fixing posts and fencing

Skills & Experience

Competent use of PDA & mobile devices
Full UK Drivers License
Social Housing experience preferred
Relevant industry qualifications
