Job Title: Press Brake Operator
Location: Maidenhead, UK
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £16.00 – £19.00 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 40–50+ hours per week
Overtime: Available and paid at enhanced rates
Transport: Must have own transport – location not accessible via public transport

We are currently seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join a busy and growing engineering firm based in Maidenhead. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term career prospects for the right candidate.

• Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape metal components

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications

• Select correct tooling and ensure machine settings are accurate

• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure accuracy and consistency

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production targets

• Proven experience operating press brake machines (Amada, Bystronic, or similar)

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Physically fit and able to handle materials and tools

• Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle due to the rural location

• Competitive hourly rate of £16.00 – £19.00, depending on experience

• Overtime available – excellent earning potential
