In this position, you'll lead Engineering and Design & Technology lessons, deliver qualifications such as BTEC Level 1 and 2, and manage a DT Assistant. You'll also play an important role in developing practical learning opportunities while helping young people reach their potential in a safe, inclusive environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with the ability to lead practical activities and use tools and machinery safely. Previous teaching experience is not essential.

The Role:
- Leading Engineering lessons and activities
- Delivering qualifications such as BTEC Level 1 & 2
- Managing and supporting a DT Assistant
- Creating a safe and engaging learning environment for students with additional needs
The Person:
- Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong practical skills, including safe use of tools and machinery
- Knowledge of health & safety
- Teaching experience desirable but not essential
