A Civil Engineering Contractor is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to work alongside their HR Manager in Maidenhead!

Offering:

  • 1 month cover work based in Maidenhead this could be extended!
  • Hours: Monday - Friday.
  • 3 days in the office / 2 working from home.
  • 35 hours week

Duties include:

  • Onboarding processes
  • Dealing with Inductions
  • Generl Ad hoc duties
  • Training new starters
  • Collating documentation for new starters
  • Creating letters
  • Dealing with deadlines and policies
  • Dealing with leavers

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
