A Civil Engineering Contractor is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to work alongside their HR Manager in Maidenhead!
Offering:
- 1 month cover work based in Maidenhead this could be extended!
- Hours: Monday - Friday.
- 3 days in the office / 2 working from home.
- 35 hours week
Duties include:
- Onboarding processes
- Dealing with Inductions
- Generl Ad hoc duties
- Training new starters
- Collating documentation for new starters
- Creating letters
- Dealing with deadlines and policies
- Dealing with leavers
- This company covers multiple aspects of civil engineering
- Could be an extended opporunity

Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
- Administration experience
- Oracle experience
- HR experience
- Great organisational skills.
- Knowledge and experience of managing and maintaining data.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word applications as well as experience with managing and maintaining data.
