About the Role
Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing security solutions provider, is seeking an experienced CCTV/Security Installation Engineer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer to work on a variety of corporate & commercial projects, installing and commissioning cutting-edge security systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and configuration of CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and intercom systems
- Conducting site surveys and interpreting technical drawings
- Fault-finding and troubleshooting during and post-installation
- Ensuring installations meet industry standards and client expectations
- Liaising with clients and project managers to ensure smooth delivery
- Completing documentation and handover reports
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in CCTV and security system installation (3+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of IP-based systems and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with brands such as Hikvision, Dahua, Texecom, Paxton, or similar
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- ECS/CSCS card and relevant certifications (desirable)
