We are on the lookout for a dedicated Project Assistant to join our client's passionate team in Maidenhead! Your Role:
As a Project Assistant, you will play a vital role in managing the flow and delivery of multiple activities across projects. You will be the essential link between our client's internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that every detail is attended to with precision. Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily monitoring of client's document management systems.
  • Tracking projects and managing both internal and external documentation processes.
  • Monitoring and processing client reports and issues efficiently.
  • Ensuring correct templates are used when preparing client deliverables.
  • Creating as-built drawings using Bluebeam.
  • Preparing and monitoring "handover" documentation.
  • Supporting the delivery team by addressing requests quickly and effectively.
  • Handling change orders, costs, and quotations.
  • Completing Prequalification Questionnaires.
  • Assisting the Lead Project Assistant as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in document management and control.
  • A methodical approach with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with a knack for prioritisation.
  • Great interpersonal skills and a self-motivated attitude.
  • Familiarity with Epicor, Bluebeam, and SharePoint is a plus but not essential.
