This position will focus on managing a cross functional team of circa 140 staff. This will include directly managing the Product, Technical, Engineering, Planning and H & S managers. Additionally you would work closely with the CI Manager on a number of site improvement projects.
It would suit someone who is dynamic and decisive, and who is ready to at times challenge the status quo, but who can do it in the right manner and take teams with them when implementing change. - Permanent full time position within food manufacturing production
- Manage a cross functional team across engineering, technical and production.
- Lead and oversee site improvement projects , including line management of the CI Manager.
The Person:
- Significant experience as a Operations or Site Manager for a sizeable (100+ staff) food manufacturing business
- Excellent line management experience including 2nd line management
- Experience of improvement projects within food
