- Support the Marketing Manager and wider Marketing team in achieving key business and strategic marketing growth objectives
- Deliver marketing campaigns across both online & offline marketing channels (including direct mail, email, SMS, outbound telephony, digital marketing etc.)
- Recommend innovative marketing campaign ideas and new initiatives to help grow business Â
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and prepare documentation (creative briefs etc) required as part of internal processes to launch campaigns
- Continuous analysis and evaluation of marketing campaigns and journeys to improve performance
- Be a key part of the creative process for branding and merchandising
- Dealing with and assisting with external agencies with briefs
- Attend Trade Shows and Photoshoots
- University Degree
- Strong analytical/ numeracy skills with attention to detail
- Good organisational, time management skills with knowledge, understanding and ability to prioritise, plan and control own workloads.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package including Excel
- A team player that can also excel when working independently
- Knowledge of additional European languages is desirable
- Willing to travel (EU & long-haul)
