Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Location: Maidenhead
Contract: 12 months/Hybrid
Hours: 37.5 per week
Rates: 17-20 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Material management on company systems
- Support Brand lead, BMs, RBM's and Finance partner with Promo/IFT budget - including raising CSJs, SOWs, POs and tracking invoices. Market Access projects for the Brand Team sit in MA budget, so all POs/invoices to be dealt with by MA admin.
- Organisation (Booking venue/hospitality) for company internal meetings
- Support Marketing team where appropriate with MAPs and PromoMats, and where appropriate supporting tiering of HCPs with Medical
- Print agency liaison for printed items
- PSA contracting of individual HCPs and arranging payment as well as agencies contracting in terms of MSA/CDA
- Diary management for brand team meetings, including meeting room booking
- Support for AS meetings e.g. arranging hotel stay and sending materials
- Ad hoc requests e.g. audit readiness review
- Support with withdrawal of materials
- Capturing minutes and actions at Brand Team meetings
- Support with onboarding new members of the team e.g. calendar invites to meet team, sending a consignment of materials, business cards, stands/tablecloths
- Support of Business Unit Manager with administrative support
Experience and Qualifications
- Science/Life science or marketing Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, additional marketing qualifications an advantage.
