Our client based in Maidenhead requires a temporary candidate to start with them on a temporary to permanent basis. You will be temping for a minimum period of 6 months.
The position is part time, 20 hours per week ideally spread over 4 days per week. There is parking on site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ordering office supplies, including stationery
- Travel/ visitor arrangements
- Invoice processing
- Insurance handling & renewals
- Company registration
- Health & Safety Equipment
- Internal & external Corporate Social Responsibility reporting
- Keeping intranet site up to date with information materials on area of responsibility
- Providing local support for data protection topics in close cooperation with
- Supporting Sales & Service departments with administrative matters
Key requirements include:
- Previous office administration experience
- Experience in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility, Health & Safety and/ or company car fleet management desirable
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Organisation & prioritisation skills
- High level of attention to detail & accuracy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office & Outlook
