Our client based in Maidenhead requires a temporary candidate to start with them on a temporary to permanent basis. You will be temping for a minimum period of 6 months.

The position is part time, 20 hours per week ideally spread over 4 days per week. There is parking on site.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ordering office supplies, including stationery
  • Travel/ visitor arrangements
  • Invoice processing
  • Insurance handling & renewals
  • Company registration
  • Health & Safety Equipment
  • Internal & external Corporate Social Responsibility reporting
  • Keeping intranet site up to date with information materials on area of responsibility
  • Providing local support for data protection topics in close cooperation with
  • Supporting Sales & Service departments with administrative matters

Key requirements include:

  • Previous office administration experience
  • Experience in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility, Health & Safety and/ or company car fleet management desirable
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • Organisation & prioritisation skills
  • High level of attention to detail & accuracy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office & Outlook
