Copello have partnered with an established engineering business based in Maidenhead in the recruitment of a Customer Support Technician.
Please note, this role requires candidates to be eligible for SC Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair advanced optical and electronic systems.
- Support equipment maintenance, modifications, and upgrades.
- Provide technical assistance to customers, including out-of-hours support.
- Record and analyse faults for continuous improvement.
- Ensure safety, airworthiness, and security compliance.
What You'll Bring:

- ONC (or equivalent) in electronic servicing.
- Strong hands-on experience in electronic servicing or workshop environments.
- Willingness to travel within the UK and provide on-call support when needed.
- Ability to obtain and maintain SC security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:

- HNC in electronics or relevant experience with CCD/FLIR cameras, lasers, or airborne equipment.
- Knowledge of military/aviation support settings.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and safe equipment handling.
