Job Summary:
As the Matre d, you will play a leading role within the front-of-house team in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring a warm welcome for every guest and overseeing the smooth flow of service from arrival to departure.

This role requires a highly charismatic and professional individual with a deep passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. You will play a key role in managing reservations, coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams, and fostering a culture of outstanding service. You will need to be commercially astute; encouraging maximum spend, nurturing repeat business, being involved in special occasions and events involving VIP and high-profile individuals.
