We are seeking reliable Cover Supervisors to join our network of schools across Maidenhead, Holyport, White Waltham and Cox Green. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy working with young people and want the flexibility to work on a day-to-day basis.

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing students and ensuring they stay engaged with their classwork during teacher absence. There’s no need for lesson planning or marking—just an enthusiastic approach to keeping students on track and providing classroom support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students in the absence of their regular teacher, ensuring a productive and positive environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain order, following the school’s policies and procedures.
  • Support students as they complete pre-set work and encourage their engagement.
  • Provide feedback to teachers and school leaders on student progress and behaviour.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in your care throughout the school day.
