You will have exceptional customer service and communication skills along with strong problem-solving and prioritisation abilities.

Technically, you will demonstrate astrong knowledgeof as many of the following as possible:

  • Active Directory, Windows Server 2012+
  • Windows 10+, Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, Email)
  • VoIP systems
  • MS Teams and SharePoint Online
  • Apple products
