Job Description
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join a leading pharmaceutical company on a 6-month temporary contract. This role is based at their Maidenhead office and will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing queries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and appointments.
- Support administrative tasks for various departments as required.
- Ensure compliance with company security and health & safety procedures.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role (corporate environment preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
