We are seeking a talented and motivated Area Manager / Regional Manager to join a high growth kitchen showroom business at an exciting period of their growth journey. My client is the UK’s largest franchise retail proposition and backed by one of the world’s largest kitchen manufacturers. Currently this dynamic and high growth brand have eighty plus kitchen showrooms in the UK with a plan in place to more than double in size over the next three years. You'll work alongside the Head of Retail and an established team of regional managers to develop business relationships with existing franchise partners through coaching & mentoring in order to drive sales growth that align with the company's goals. As a high growth business, new showroom openings will play a key also brand evolves.
Currently due to internal succession planning they are now looking to recruit an experienced Regional Manager or Area Manager to help drive growth and results. You will be highly ambitious and be looking for future career advancement within the group within 2-3 years.You will provide an essential strategic, pragmatic, inspirational coaching leadership style. Ensure the energetic implementation, through the team, of outstanding customer led operational execution allowing for the delivery of maximum trading opportunities to maximise business performance and results.
