A market leading and acquisitive business based in South Kent are looking to recruit a Commercial Financial Controller. This is a high-impact role that covers all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and commercial support. You’ll be responsible for driving financial insight, ensuring robust planning and forecasting, and partnering with cross-functional teams to evaluate business opportunities, risks, and key performance drivers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver insightful financial analysis to guide executive and commercial teams.
  • Oversee monthly reporting including management accounts, board presentations, and departmental analysis.
  • Own the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes across the UK domestic division.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to analyse campaign effectiveness, forecast sales, and manage accruals.
  • Lead financial evaluation of new product developments and go-to-market propositions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Finance and IT.
About You:
  • Qualified accountant with a strong FP&A and commercial finance background.
  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership with strategic financial insights.
  • Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders across commercial and operational functions.
  • Comfortable owning complex financial planning cycles and driving performance discussions.
