Kenneth Brian Associates is working with a well-established health care business based in Kent, who are a leader in their field, to recruit a remote working Finance Business Partner.

Our client is based in Kent, however have offices across the UK. This role offers remote working but must be able to commute once a month to one of their offices based in Farnham.

This newly created role reports directly to the Head of Finance. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strong financial reporting, analysis, and business partnering for the wider organisation. Your role will involve collaborating with non-finance stakeholders, preparing financial results and KPIs, and contributing to departmental growth. Although not essential, it would be highly desirable to have a background within the NHS or working within a Healthcare organisation.

The main responsibilities the position entails are:

  • Provide support and analysis to key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Build strong strategic relationships with stakeholders
  • Lead business forecasting and contribute to setting targets for costs, savings, and opportunities
  • Lead on continuous improvement of departmental and finance information processes through seeking to develop best practise
  • Assist with routine preparation of monthly cashflows and management accounts
  • Ad hoc project work

To be considered for the role, you must possess the following:

  • Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or studying towards the final stages of your qualifications.
  • Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner or Management Accountant role
  • Strong communication skills to deal with a variety of non-finance stakeholders
