- Deliver timely and accurate monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet, and financial reports
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles and provide commercial insights on performance and margins
- Analyse cost trends and support pricing decisions and expansion strategies
- Manage payroll processes and assist with employee queries and compliance
- Support basic HR administration such as onboarding and personnel records
- Oversee and develop a small finance team (Credit Control and AP)
- Maintain and improve internal controls and financial processes
- Act as the main point of contact for external accountants and auditors
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Strong background in management reporting, forecasting, and team management
- Payroll oversight and financial operations experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
