They are seeking a Group Financial Controller to lead their accounting function, overseeing a team of 10 and reporting directly to the CFO. This is a rare opportunity to join an innovative, fast-paced environment where finance is central to business strategy and change. You'll be hands-on with everything from financial control and reporting to cash flow, payroll, and audit — shaping processes and supporting scale.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the group accounting team, driving performance, structure and best practice.
  • Oversee group-wide financial reporting and internal controls in line with GAAP.
  • Manage audit preparation, statutory reporting and compliance.
  • Lead cashflow forecasting and banking relationships.
  • Support process optimisation, system enhancements and technical accounting improvements.
About You:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience.
  • Proven track record in financial leadership, audit prep, and team management.
  • Able to work at pace and influence at senior levels.
  • Exposure to group structures, multi-entity reporting and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with cloud-based systems (e.g. NetSuite) is a plus.
