They are seeking a Group Financial Controller to lead their accounting function, overseeing a team of 10 and reporting directly to the CFO. You'll be hands-on with everything from financial control and reporting to cash flow, payroll, and audit — shaping processes and supporting scale.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the group accounting team, driving performance, structure and best practice.
Oversee group-wide financial reporting and internal controls in line with GAAP.
Manage audit preparation, statutory reporting and compliance.
Lead cashflow forecasting and banking relationships.
Support process optimisation, system enhancements and technical accounting improvements.

About You:

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience.
Proven track record in financial leadership, audit prep, and team management.
Able to work at pace and influence at senior levels.
Exposure to group structures, multi-entity reporting and cross-functional teams.
Experience with cloud-based systems (e.g. NetSuite) is a plus.
