- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, trusts and estates
- Handle personal tax and trust tax compliance, including self-assessment returns
- Provide proactive tax planning advice on IHT, CGT and succession planning
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and liaise confidently with HMRC and external advisers
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development and knowledge-sharing
- Attend the firm’s Sheerness office periodically to support client meetings
- ATT qualified (or equivalent); CTA desirable but not essential
- Proven experience in private client tax, trusts and HMRC correspondence
- Strong technical understanding of capital taxes and estate planning strategies
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable working primarily from the Maidstone office, with flexibility to travel locally
- Salary of £45,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
