Architectural Assistant - Join a Growing, Creative Practice in Maidstone!

Are you ready to shape the future of residential design? Our client - a thriving, forward-thinking architectural practice - is expanding and on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Assistant to become a key player in their innovative urban design and masterplanning team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Contribute to exciting residential masterplanning projects for private developers, major PLCs, and housing associations.
  • Assist in producing site analyses, concept designs, and detailed planning submissions.
  • Work collaboratively with a passionate team to bring creative, well-considered schemes to life.

What You Bring:

  • At least 1 year of experience working in architectural practice (essential).
  • RIBA Part I or II experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other planning/design tools.
  • A solid grasp of residential design principles and the UK planning system.
  • Clear communication, strong teamwork, and an ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • A creative mindset and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
