Are you ready to shape the future of residential design? Our client - a thriving, forward-thinking architectural practice - is expanding and on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Assistant to become a key player in their innovative urban design and masterplanning team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Contribute to exciting residential masterplanning projects for private developers, major PLCs, and housing associations.
- Assist in producing site analyses, concept designs, and detailed planning submissions.
- Work collaboratively with a passionate team to bring creative, well-considered schemes to life.
What You Bring:
- At least 1 year of experience working in architectural practice (essential).
- RIBA Part I or II experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other planning/design tools.
- A solid grasp of residential design principles and the UK planning system.
- Clear communication, strong teamwork, and an ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
- A creative mindset and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
