Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to focus on our motor vehicle and management sectors. This role is crucial in fostering industry partnerships, enhancing apprenticeship programmes, and ensuring excellent management practices. This is a commission-based role with the potential to earn up to £45K annually.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Build and maintain relationships with management and motor vehicle businesses.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to promote apprenticeship programmes.
  • Design and implement industry-aligned apprenticeship programmes.
  • Conduct outreach to attract apprentices and inform businesses of the benefits.
  • Provide ongoing support to apprentices and businesses to ensure success.
  • Oversee the coordination and smooth operation of apprenticeship programmes.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, making necessary adjustments.
  • Prepare and present reports on programme outcomes and business engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong background in apprenticeships or sales sector.
  • Experience in developing and managing apprenticeship programmes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions quickly.
