An award-winning pub group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager or Area Manager to oversee 20 sites in Kent.
The position offers a base salary of up to £75,000, along with a car allowance of £8,000 and a bonus scheme of £13,000.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of multisite experience in a similar branded restaurant or gastropub setting.
The successful applicant will be responsible for P&L performance and developing General Managers across the sites.
An engaging and enthusiastic personality is essential, as the role involves managing a 7-day operation with a 5-day working week.
