Day week- rotating shift
We're looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team and work with a leading company in the healthcare industry in Maidstone ME16
What We Offer:
Excellent pay rate £14.26 per hour
Great shift pattern week rotating 6am2pm / 2pm10pm
Weekends off!
Friendly team & supportive work environment
Requirements:
Previous experience within a Goods In role
Good communication skills and the ability to speak, read and write basic English
Able to follow instructions
Able to work under pressure to targets and deadlines
Numerical and focused on accuracy
Basic computer literacy and experience of data inputting
Awareness of Health & Safety regulations, including manual handling
Able to work as part of a team
Able to use initiative and identify issues at work and suggest options for improvement
The role and responsabilities:
Picking/packing either manually or using RF technology to a high standard of accuracy
Loading and unloading trailers
Report any errors, damages or quality issues found whilst undertaking duties
Accurate input of data into Company computer systems and manual records
Achieve the targets (KPIs) and job standards
Maintain high standards of site housekeeping
Support Colleagues and Team Leader with all day-to-day tasks
