A Sous-Chef position is available at a busy French restaurant in Maidstone, Kent.
Candidates must be well-versed in classical cooking techniques including sauces, jus, reductions, and sous-vide.
This is a permanent position that reports directly to the head chef.
The Sous-Chef will be expected to deputise for the head chef and lead the brigade of chefs de partie, demi-chefs, and commis chefs.
In addition to the base salary, there is a generous discretionary service charge to supplement take-home pay.
