Project Coordinator Lead - Remote (UK based) - Up to £60,000 per annum DOE

DCS Technology's client is a global leader in international shipping services, with over 25 years of trusted expertise in moving goods across borders. Due to their ongoing success, they are seeking a talented Project Coordinator Lead to spearhead an exciting new tech focused project within their established team.

Role overview

As the Project Coordinator Lead, you'll take the lead in ensuring the smooth execution of a complex project, overseeing multiple work streams, and driving progress towards deadlines. Your organisational prowess and excellent communication skills will be critical in keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring project deliverables are met on time.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead project management initiatives across multiple work-streams, ensuring all aspects stay on track.
  • Manage and update reports to monitor project status, progress, and deliverables.
  • Chase progress, escalate issues when needed, and maintain control of project timelines and deadlines.
  • Manage document control processes and ensure that key documentation is up to date and easily accessible.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project life-cycle.
