Publishing and Exhibition Company based near Maidstone are looking to recruit an Advertising Sales Manager.

The Opportunity:We’re looking for a driven and confident Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in maximising revenue from existing clients and developing new business opportunities across our market-leading titles. This role offers the chance to work directly with high-profile clients and media agencies, helping them grow their brands through innovative print and digital advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets across print and digital platforms

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business

  • Sell directly to clients and through media agencies, ensuring optimal revenue growth

  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients within our sectors

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Attend relevant company meetings and contribute to strategic sales discussions

  • Represent the company at national and international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B media sales (preferred)

  • Proven ability to close sales at director level and manage high-value client relationships

  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal

  • Self-motivated, well-organised, and capable of managing a varied workload independently
