Media Sales Manager | Growth Role in a Fast-Moving Media Business

Kent (Office-based with international travel) | Full-time, Permanent£45,000-£55,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (>£100k) + Bonuses

We’re working with an independent media company who are looking for a Media Sales Manager to play in key role in the growth of their B2B flagship title. The title reaches a huge international audience across its monthly magazine, website, socials and annual conference and is firmly established as a leading resource in the industry.

If you’re looking for a position with ownership, a company with a great reputation/solution and the opportunity to make an impact in an agile, independently owned business then this could be for you. We’re looking for a consultative seller, someone with experience in media or event sales that can work with the pace of a monthly magazine and the variety of publications/events.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving new business across print, digital, and events
  • Managing and growing key client accounts
  • Creating high-value proposals and closing big deals
  • Working closely with directors and editorial to shape growth
  • Attending key events and exhibitions (International - US/Dubai)

What we’re looking for:

  • A confident, driven sales professional with a proven track record within media sales
  • Strong communicator across phone, email, face-to-face & social
  • Self-motivated, organised, keen to grow with the business
