We are seeking a dynamic Nursery Deputy Manager to support the manager with the day-to-day operations of our clients thriving nursery in Bristol. As Nursery Deputy Manager, you will:
- Support the Nursery Manager in leading and motivating the team
- Step in as acting manager when required
- mentor supervise and provide feedback to nursery staff
- help manage rotas, training needs and staff performance reviews
What Our Client Is Looking For:
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or higher).
- Up to date DBS Check.
- Proven experience in managing staff within a nursery or similar childcare setting.
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and Ofsted requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for childcare and early years education.
