Our client, a boutique and highly regarded luxury developer, is launching a brand-new, beautifully designed site in Kent and is seeking a polished and passionate New Homes Sales Consultant to join their growing team. This is a rare opportunity to represent a developer known for their high-specification homes, exquisite design, and outstanding customer experience.

Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion

Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong rapport with buyers

Conduct viewings and confidently present the features and benefits of the homes and development

Maintain an up-to-date database and ensure CRM systems are accurately used

Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to drive enquiries and meet sales targets

Provide input and feedback to help shape the customer journey and brand standards

Experience in selling new homes (either for a developer or agency-side)

Strong customer-focused approach with a passion for property and design

Professional, articulate, and well-presented

Proactive, motivated, and sales-driven

Able to work weekends with two days off midweek
