Our client, a boutique and highly regarded luxury developer, is launching a brand-new, beautifully designed site in Kent and is seeking a polished and passionate New Homes Sales Consultant to join their growing team. This is a rare opportunity to represent a developer known for their high-specification homes, exquisite design, and outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong rapport with buyers

  • Conduct viewings and confidently present the features and benefits of the homes and development

  • Maintain an up-to-date database and ensure CRM systems are accurately used

  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to drive enquiries and meet sales targets

  • Provide input and feedback to help shape the customer journey and brand standards

Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in selling new homes (either for a developer or agency-side)

  • Strong customer-focused approach with a passion for property and design

  • Professional, articulate, and well-presented

  • Proactive, motivated, and sales-driven

  • Able to work weekends with two days off midweek
