Fluent Mandarin Speaker - Customer Sales Advisor
£28,000 + Bonus (OTE £34,000)Maidstone Hours - 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday - Friday (Occasional weekend work may be required in peak times however time will be given back during the week.)
We're excited to be recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the property sector, based in Maidstone. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fluent Mandarin speaker to join a dynamic, fast-growing team as a Customer Sales Advisor.
The Role
You will:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone and email
- Provide outstanding customer service and sales support
- Update internal systems and ensure documentation accuracy
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Proven customer service and/or sales experience
- A confident, professional telephone manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
