Description
- Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person.
- Maintain administrative systems and processes to support the efficient running of the office.
- Work in collaboration with colleagues across different departments.
- Handle and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage customer records and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as required.
- Support the Secretarial & Business Support department in their day-to-day tasks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service standards.
Profile
The successful admin or customer service advisor will have the following experience
- Previous experience admin or customer service
- Comfortable on the phone
- Works well within a team
