We are seeking an experienced Regional Support Manager to support the financial performance and delivery of high quality outcomes across a portfolio of Care Homes in Kent and South London. If you're passionate about inspiring positive change, empowering teams, and driving excellence in care, this is the role for you.
Requirements:
- RMA or equivalent
- RGN
- Experience of successfully managing care homes
- Financial management experience
- Working knowledge of Legislation and the Regulatory Framework
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Regional Director in achieving pre-agreed quality and business targets and KPIs
- Co-ordinating and delivering professional support to a portfolio of elderly care homes
- Supporting Registered Managers with the day-to-day running and development of their home
- Quality and service improvement work
- Interim management of a care home in the absence of a Registered Manager
Contract, Remuneration and benefits:
- £75,000pa
- Performance-related bonus
- Life insurance
- 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
