Bright Selection is delighted to be representing an established and highly regarded care home provider in the recruitment of a Regional Support Manager.

We are seeking an experienced Regional Support Manager to support the financial performance and delivery of high quality outcomes across a portfolio of Care Homes in Kent and South London. If you're passionate about inspiring positive change, empowering teams, and driving excellence in care, this is the role for you.

Requirements:

  • RMA or equivalent
  • RGN
  • Experience of successfully managing care homes
  • Financial management experience
  • Working knowledge of Legislation and the Regulatory Framework

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Regional Director in achieving pre-agreed quality and business targets and KPIs
  • Co-ordinating and delivering professional support to a portfolio of elderly care homes
  • Supporting Registered Managers with the day-to-day running and development of their home
  • Quality and service improvement work
  • Interim management of a care home in the absence of a Registered Manager

Contract, Remuneration and benefits:
