Job Title: Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Location: Maidstone. Kent
Salary: 26-30,000 DOE

A leading planning and development consultancy is seeking a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join its dynamic drawing team in the Kent studio. This role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for delivering high-quality drawings and design packages across a diverse range of residential and commercial projects. Candidates with UK-based industry experience, including Architectural Assistants or Architectural Technologists, will be considered.

Daily Duties
- Produce detailed drawings, sketches, and 3D models to support planning and design applications
- Assist with design development across all project stages
- Coordinate with clients and other consultants to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and Council meetings as required
- Contribute to project briefs and help develop innovative design solutions
- Support the team in preparing high-quality planning application packs
Ideal Candidate
- Part 2 Architectural Assistant qualification
- Substantial UK-based industry experience; Part 1's and Architectural Technologists with relevant experience are also welcome to apply
- Strong design and technical skills, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Enthusiasm for architecture and commitment to high-quality output
