Technical Assistant Key Responsibilities
- Support Technical and Product Managers to ensure customer and product requirements are met
- Maintain and update customer and technical team data, including KPIs, packaging specifications, and approved supplier lists
- Support new product launches and seasonal changeovers
- Conduct visits to growers and service providers to support quality management and compliance
- Promote a customer-focused and collaborative approach in all activities
Technical Assistant Key Requirements
- Educated in Food Safety, Agriculture, or a related discipline
- Understanding of quality and technical standards within the fresh produce or food industry
- Proficient in Power BI or similar data analysis tools
- Confident communication and presentation skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across teams
