Location: Lenham, Maidstone (You MUST be a Driver with your own transport due to location)

We are looking for a hands-on, multi-skilled individual to join the team to support operations across production, delivery and site maintenance.

Key responsibilities within your new role would be to:

  • Assemble and manufacture products to company standards and specifications.
  • Operate machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
  • Carry out quality checks and report any defects or inconsistencies.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workstation and site, including emptying bins, sweeping the yard etc.
  • Assist in stock handling and preparation of materials.
  • Deliver finished goods to customers using company vehicles.
  • Load and unload goods with care.
  • Carry out routine vehicle checks and report any issues.
  • Perform basic maintenance duties i.e. fixing doors, windows, changing light bulbs, change locks etc.
  • Report maintenance issues that require specialist attention or an external contractor.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are kept in good working condition.
  • Support health and safety compliance across the workshop and premises.

Experience and skills required for this position:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • A valid UK driving licence is a MUST for this role due to location and delivery duties.
  • Good practical skills with basic maintenance knowledge.
  • Have a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Commitment to quality.
  • Be friendly, professional and polite.
