- Lead end-to-end financial planning and analysis across the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful management reporting, including detailed analysis of sales, margin, and operational expenditure
- Provide commercial insight and challenge, identifying key trends and opportunities to influence business performance
- Work closely with the Head of Finance to enhance finance processes, reporting tools, and system improvements, supporting the adoption of new technologies and automation
- Take ownership of performance management, including defining, monitoring, and reporting KPIs aligned to strategic goal
- Prepare robust financial forecasts and cash flow models, enabling proactive business planning and risk management
