We’re supporting a major growth business in the search for a Head of Commercial Finance to lead financial planning and business performance across their UK and European operations. This role offers the chance to work closely with executive stakeholders, drive budgeting and forecasting across multiple markets, and implement forward-thinking tools to improve insight and decision-making.What You’ll Do:
  • Lead commercial FP&A across multiple regions, managing P&L, cash, opex, and capex planning.
  • Deliver meaningful insights and performance analysis to support decision-making and growth.
  • Develop modern modelling tools and dashboards, improving forecast accuracy and visibility.
  • Partner with business leaders on commercial opportunities, cost optimisation, and strategic projects.
  • Lead adoption of AI/Workday systems to enhance reporting efficiency and scale capability.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Senior-level FP&A or commercial finance leadership experience.
  • Confidence managing forecasting across multi-entity/multi-region operations.
  • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence at C-suite level.
  • Sharp analytical mindset and advanced Excel/modelling skills.
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) – desirable but not essential.
