My client, a Registered Provider of Social Housing in Kent, is seeking an Interim Finance Business Partner for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will take the lead in two key areas: firstly, overseeing reporting and business partnering for several central services directorates; secondly, driving the transformation towards a modern business partnering model, presenting financial information in a way that is meaningful and impactful to the wider business. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading on financial reporting and business partnering for central services directorates.
- Driving the transition towards a modern, impactful Business Partnering model.
- Presenting financial information to the wider business, establishing processes and best practices.
- Demonstrating what “good” looks like in a modern Business Partnering function.

The role is based in Kent, with the flexibility to work remotely, and requires 1-2 days per week in the office.

- Full accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Extensive experience within the Social Housing sector.
- Proven ability to lead on financial reporting and business partnering, with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
