- Possess considerable experience in handling trusts and tax matters, ideally with a background in law or accountancy.
- Are comfortable working autonomously on trust-related compliance and legal tasks, including inheritance tax documentation, trust setups, and annual filings.
- Have a firm grasp of HMRC trust registration and reporting obligations and can confidently provide guidance to trustees.
- Might currently be in a Trust Officer or Administrator role and seeking that next step, or are already overseeing trust matters independently and looking for a change.
