With over 25 years in the industry, this highly respected wealth planning practice continues to thrive, providing comprehensive financial advice to HNW individuals - including City professionals, business owners, families, and retirees - with investable assets up to £20 million.

I’ve placed multiple professionals into this firm and have met with the Directors personally. They are known for their strong team culture, excellent client service, and remarkably low staff turnover. Their growth is being driven by a steady flow of high-quality client referrals and recommendations.

You’ll join a well-established team in a collaborative, pooled paraplanning environment, supporting a group of Chartered Advisers. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced paraplanner seeking a long-term technical career - or someone with ambitions to move into advising in future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce detailed, end-to-end suitability reports across a broad range of financial products
  • Conduct technical research and calculations to support holistic financial planning
  • Liaise with advisers and administrators to ensure seamless client service
  • Work on whole-of-market advice including pensions, investments, IHT, protection, and more
  • Support advisers in maintaining exceptional standards of compliance and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Diploma qualified (DipPFS) or close to completion
  • Experience working in a paraplanning role within an IFA/wealth management setting
  • Knowledge of Intelligent Office and various platforms is advantageous (training provided)
  • Strong technical skills and a collaborative approach

What’s on Offer:

  • Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
  • Discretionary bonus scheme
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (total of 33 days)
  • 37.5-hour work week (8:30am - 5:00pm with one-hour lunch)

  • Career progression opportunities, including a potential path to becoming an adviser if desired

This is a brilliant role for a career paraplanner or someone looking to progress within a forward-thinking, supportive Chartered firm.
