Konnect Recruit is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Homes Sales Executive to join our clientsgrowing team.You'll be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience within our new homes development.

Responsibilities:

• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
• Conducting property viewings and demonstrating the benefits of our new homes.
• Providing expert advice and guidance to potential buyers.
• Managing the sales progression from reservation to completion.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers.
• Ensuring the sales office and show homes are presented to the highest standard.
• Contributing to the overall success of the development by actively promoting our homes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales-focused role, preferably within the property industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive and professional attitude.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• A full UK driving license.
• Ideally, experience in new home sales or a similar sales environment.
