We're Hiring!A well-respected and friendly school in Maidstone is seeking a reliable and proactive Premises Assistant to join their site team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our pupils, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General site maintenance and repairs

  • Opening and closing the school premises

  • Ensuring health and safety standards are met

  • Supporting with setting up rooms for school events

  • Grounds maintenance and keeping the site tidy

  • Liaising with contractors and supporting fire safety procedures

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)

  • Be hands-on, dependable, and take pride in their work

  • Be flexible and able to work as part of a team

  • Have good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Hold a valid enhanced DBS (or be willing to undergo one)
