This position is ideal for a Sales Negotiator ready to progress into valuations, or an experienced Assistant/Sales Manager seeking a new challenge with excellent career potential and strong earnings. The role is based in a high-performing branch in Strood and offers a supportive environment, structured progression, and a team-oriented commission model. This position would suit an ambitious property professional with a passion for delivering results and maintaining high customer service standards.

The RoleThis is a hands-on sales role with a focus on generating new instructions, conducting viewings, and progressing property transactions. Candidates with valuation experience will have the opportunity to carry out appraisals, while those looking to develop in this area will receive the support to do so.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct residential property viewings
  • Win new sales instructions through effective negotiation and service
  • Carry out property valuations (if experienced) or work towards this capability
  • Contribute to pooled commission by supporting shared team goals
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service to buyers and vendors
  • Identify opportunities for mortgage and solicitor referrals
  • Maintain strong knowledge of local market conditions and property trends

Candidate Requirements:

  • Background in residential property sales (Negotiator level or above)
  • Valuation experience preferred but not essential
  • A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented
  • Professional, well-presented, and commercially aware

Package Includes:
