Traffic Marshal/Banksman

Vehicle Marshall – Maidstone

Skilled Careers are looking for an experienced Vehicle Marshall to join our team on a busy construction site in Maidstone. You will be running the gate as well as banking vehicles, you may also need to have a sweep and tidy id the gate gets quiet.

Job Details:

• Location: Maidstone, Kent

• Start date: 13/10/2025

• Duration: 4 weeks

• Pay rate: Competitive (depending on experience)

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:00

Duties include:

• Directing and guiding site traffic and deliveries safely around the site

• Coordinating vehicle movements in line with site safety rules

• Assisting with general site duties when required

• Ensuring all health and safety standards are followed at all times

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Vehicle Marshall/Traffic Marshal ticket

• Full PPE

• Previous experience working on construction sites

• Good communication and teamwork skills
