What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in QSR or Casual Dining.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent understanding of P&L, cost control, stock, and rota management.
- A real passion for customer service and leading by example.
- Calm and confident under pressure, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full accountability for the day-to-day running of the site.
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Maintain operational excellence and ensure the highest standards of service and cleanliness.
- Manage labour and stock budgets, and drive sales through great customer experiences.
