As a Senior Block Manager, you'll take ownership of compliance, contracts, and major works across a residential portfolio of over 2,500 units across Kent, London and the South East. You'll manage Fire Risk and Health & Safety requirements, coordinate maintenance contracts, and oversee planned works and Section 20 projects. You'll work closely with property managers, contractors, and leaseholders to ensure all legal and safety standards are met.

Key duties include:

  • Managing all compliance and certification across the portfolio

  • Scheduling and tracking inspections, reports, and renewals

  • Coordinating remedial works and contractor appointments

  • Leading Section 20 processes and liaising with surveyors

  • Supporting long-term maintenance planning and valuations

  • Attending site visits and meetings as required

The Person
  • 5+ years' experience in block or leasehold property management

  • Strong knowledge of fire, health & safety, and property compliance

  • Organised, proactive, and confident communicating with stakeholders

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
