We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to take ownership of key product categories. In this role, you will work directly with retail customers to manage product quality, compliance, and technical requirements, while also collaborating with growers and suppliers to ensure consistent supply, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Technical Account Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Manage technical documentation, due diligence, and customer specifications for assigned product categories
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and drive innovation
  • Capture competitor activity and market insights to inform product and category strategies
  • Ensure sustainability, ethical, and technical standards are met across suppliers and product lines
